History and mission of “Narodna Rada”

The commonwealth consists of free, independent, equal citizens who interact, communicate and voluntarily self-organize on the basis of common interests independent of the state. The people are protected by laws as a result of being handed over to the side of the state, and in their marriage they respect democratic values.

Gromadyanin is the basis of marriage

The functioning of the commonwealth is impossible without the commonwealth as an independent member of the commonwealth, endowed with non-alienable rights and freedoms, who acknowledges his responsibility for the authorities.

The creation of a commonwealth in Ukraine is one of the main tasks of the state. Ideological diversity, various interests, the need for honest and up-to-date information, the formation of public thought are important elements of government policy, the protection of wealth It is reasonable, both among the spouses and between the communities.

VGO "SGOU "Narodna Rada"

All-Ukrainian Community Organization “Specialist of Community Organizations of Ukraine “Narodna Rada” (VGO “SGOU “Narodna Rada”) was registered on April 19, 2003.

Priorities approved by the 1st Conference (June 3, 2003)

  1. Equal access of the population to the creation of the state, the development of a humanistic political system and economic reform.
  2. The consolidation of huge organizations around a single idea: “Pride in one’s land and respect for its future share is beyond translation for the Cossack family.”
  3. The formation of a middle class and a healthy nation on cultural, humane and spiritual grounds.
  4. Development of social programs and major projects based on Ukrainian national traditions from a wide range of active citizens and intellectuals.

Initiate and pour in

  • The initiators and authors of the CMU Resolution “On ensuring the participation of the population in the formation and implementation of government policy.”
  • Spokespersons of the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On securing the minds for greater participation of the population in the formation and implementation of government policy.”
  • There is an active participation in fragmented changes to legislation, expert and analytical bodies of government policy in various spheres.
  • Over 600 of our representatives were members of large councils at the Allied Military Forces.

War and volunteering

Since 2022, at the initiative of the organization, a congress has been held and the United Cossacks of Ukraine have been created. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, members of the organization organized territorial defense and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

About a thousand participants became activists of the volunteer movement: collecting and delivering humanitarian aid to military and civilians in combat zones.

Memorandums have been signed with territorial communities to implement the humanitarian mission and restore the consequences of the war. Appeals from members of the organization regarding the protection of their civil rights are processed daily.

By decision of the Board, awards from the public of Ukraine for significant services to the people were introduced.

Initiatives and co-authorship of government decisions, active expert participation in law-making processes, representation in public councils.
